There was nothing to like about it. The staff and security was very very nasty. That is one hell hole I will not got back to even for free you should give me my money back. My family come to visit me and they refuse to let them even though the gate
They the entire staff are very very rude. They do not act like professional. They act like they were doing me a favor. Also they have no internet in the room and the wireless in the lobby comes with a virus

Horrible horrible horrible hotel! Rooms, beds and sheets were dirty. Restaurant was infested with flys. When I asked the manager about the problem he told us it was a Negril problem yet no other place I went to had that problem. Food was horrible!

The hotel's location was unbeatable, near Jamaica-Negril on many occasions, the bus station and different eateries. Moreover, it was about 5 mins walk from Seven Mile Beach. We were offered a delicious breakfast with beautiful views.

Amazing setting, close enough to the runaway bay side as well as the fantastic beach and close to Knutsford busstation. Outstanding food in the beachfront restaurant in the vicinity. The rooms with garden view and the bedroom and fresh towels, really friendly and unfailingly friendly stuff who do try to meet your needs and request.

No bugs, I guess that's a positive right?
Ok if you are looking for lower end budget rooms, do not pay more than $25.00/person. Even at this price you are over paying a little. Second farthest hotel from the large resorts. Little to no water in the rooms the majority of the time.

Nice staff. The food was okay had some authentic Jamaican options. The hotel has the capacity to be a really nice place but needs a work.
There's is this blue beach theme that runs through the whole hotel which needs to go. The rooms are rundown. Old outdated comforters and tv'S. The he bathrooms are chipped and rusty need to be remodeled. The WiFi had bad signal in my rooms but good in lobby and bar. The whole place has potential but needs. A lot of work and renovations. There are no elevators. Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else.
